With Direct, your agents can now pay anyone, any way they need to be paid. Save a payee as an external party, add their bank account, then send money on the rail that fits the payment:

ACH — settles in network batches. The receiving bank can return a payment after settlement.
Wire — a domestic USD wire. A wire can’t be returned once it completes.
Realtime (powered by RTP and FedNow) — typically settles in seconds and can’t be reversed.

Direct works from the API and MCP, so an agent can add payees, save bank accounts, and send, list, or cancel payments. In MCP, platforms can also pay on behalf of a connected customer by passing customerPartyId. Try Direct in Natural now. Get started with external parties, then send with ACH, wire, or realtime.
