# Dashboard

> Onboarding and managing your Natural account

The Natural Dashboard ([https://natural.co/dashboard](https://natural.co/dashboard)) is where you onboard your party, receive API keys, and monitor activity. Almost all users should start from Dashboard. Your customers and counterparties will also
see a version of the dashboard, so you can understand how they interact with Natural as well.

## Dashboard features

### Home

Overview of your account activity, aggregate metrics, recent transactions, and wallet balance.

### Wallet

A detailed view of your wallet balance, where you can link bank accounts and deposit or withdraw funds.

### Agents

Create and manage agents that can make payments on your behalf or on behalf of your customers. Set limits and escalation policies.

### Customers

View customers who have delegated payment authority to your agents.

### Counterparties

The parties your agents have sent payments to or received payments from.

### Transactions

View and filter payments sent and received by your agents — by status, date, or counterparty.

### Developers

Create and manage API keys and webhook endpoints.

### Settings

Manage personal and business details, team members, agent limits, and notifications.
